Create multiple accounts fraudulently, abuse benefits, or file false refund claims;

Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, permanent suspension, and/or legal action. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

5. Paid Services and Refund Policy

5.1 Service Types and Payment

Pay-Per-View: Purchase individual drama titles for repeated viewing within the valid period.

Membership Subscription: Monthly/quarterly/annual plans granting access to member-exclusive content.

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, LINE Pay, etc.). You are subject to the terms of the corresponding payment provider.

5.2 Refund Policy

Important Notice: All drama content on the Platform is digital virtual goods. Once a purchase is completed and content access is granted, no refunds are offered except as required by mandatory applicable law. If you experience technical issues preventing playback or encounter a purchase error, please contact customer support within 7 days of purchase for review.

5.3 Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

If you select auto-renewal, your subscription will be automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle to extend your membership. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings or through your payment provider. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All drama content, videos, audio, graphics, interface design, trademarks, and other materials on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the content for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or derivative creation is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Modifications and Interruptions

We may immediately terminate your account access if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued for prepaid fees.
